Companies’ charitable programs before Christmas

Companies’ charitable programs before Christmas

An article published on a website of a newspaper Hospodářské noviny on December 24, 2014 shows how leading companies supported disabled and socially disadvantaged children during this year’s Christmas. Activities of mentioned companies prove that the purchase of Christmas necessities that every company makes in the autumn for their employees and partners can as well have an added value and a deeper meaning. Such a meaningful object is also Charitky, which is described in the article as an example of an original New Year Card.

For example, the drug store chain ROSSMANN, companies Kofola, ING Pojišťovna or Mary Kay used this year for their promotion a non-traditional Christmas charitable project called Charitky.

Employees and clients of KPMG by creating virtual gingerbreads helped children with hearing impairment. More than twenty children with hearing impairment received half a million Czech crown.

The article shows that New Year’s Cards, Christmas parties, gifts purchasing and other activities that companies have to do at the end of the year can be well-thought-out. Thus, spent time, money and effort bring back more happiness.
